POTS – Purchasing Online Tracking System
The POTS System is an alternate means of ordering supplies to support the NIH’s scientific mission. POTS is a centralized ordering system that is comprised of many peripheral components that ties into the NBS accounting system. There are varying types of access, and permission levels as outlined in the POTS end user manual (EUM).
NIH Supply Center users can access a Supply Center list of products and order from the NIH Supply Center, using their IC’s normal purchasing approvals.
